Job summary

Miller Pipeline in Lancaster, PA is seeking a qualified foreman to oversee repair, maintenance, construction, installation and reconditioning of natural gas distribution pipelines. You will lead field crews, plan daily activities and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, a high school diploma, a valid CDL and 3+ years of pipeline field experience. Travel within the area and availability for emergency responses are expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
• Plan, organize and delegate the daily work activities among crew members.
• Identify potential problems; develop and implement solutions.
• Enforce Company policies and standard work procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment is performed by the crew.
• Communicate safety, productivity and time data to support staff; complete daily data entry.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure overall quality of work meets standards.
