You will lead field crews, communicate with project managers and subcontractors, and help resolve field issues while reinforcing company standards and policies in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or beneficial.
• Experience supervising crews on construction sites.
• Experience operating or overseeing heavy equipment.
• Strong communication with team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Practical carpentry experience on commercial projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and enforcing safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Previous foreman or lead experience preferred in commercial/sitework.
• OSHA certification beneficial and transportation to Binghamton-area sites.
