Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC seeks a General Foreman to lead field operations across Alaska. You will translate project plans into on-site production, supervise Foremen and crews, and coordinate with subcontractors, equipment, and logistics to meet schedules and safety standards.

Travel throughout Alaska is required; the role focuses on marine logistics integration, coordination with Superintendents, and active participation in project startup, mobilization, and closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ten years of directly relevant construction experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Proven experience supervising construction crews and coordinating field operations.
• Ability to plan and execute work safely while maintaining production, schedule, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Foremen, craft personnel, and subcontractors performing assigned work.
• Organize daily field activities in accordance with project schedules, work plans, and direction from the Superintendent.
• Translate project plans and daily priorities into clear assignments for crews.
• Coordinate sequencing and interfaces between crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily production and work progress and communicate status to the Superintendent.
• Identify field constraints, delays, constructability issues, and resource needs and communicate them promptly to project leadership.
