Job summary

You will visit stores on a regular schedule, provide immediate solutions, and coordinate with district managers and category leaders to improve compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training of store teams on current and new product offerings with emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Visit assigned stores on a set schedule to monitor food safety and QA.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, BU leadership, store leadership, Food Service vendors and merchant experts to ensure training materials meet company standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for store equipment and processes.
• Maintain a database of all training sessions and visits.
