Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair and perform preventive maintenance on the property’s fleet to maximize uptime and safety. The role involves moving around the lodge grounds and completing tickets promptly in the designated system.

You will document repairs in the ticket system, use diagnostic tools and shop equipment, maintain detailed work orders, and coordinate outsourced labor when required while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1–3 years of vehicle maintenance experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Inspect and repair fleet vehicles based on submitted tickets.
Document and keep ticket system up to date.
Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, filter replacement).
Inspect, service and replace tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other components.
Use diagnostic tools, scanners, and shop equipment as needed.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used and labor.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop procedures.
Coordinate outsourced labor for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC issues and more.
All other duties as assigned.
