Job summary

Irby Construction Company, a regional arm of Quanta Services, seeks a Field Fleet Supervisor in Tulsa, Oklahoma to coordinate the regional fleet. You will manage equipment, tooling, records, and purchasing while ensuring fleet compliance and safety across projects.

Collaborate with the Regional Fleet Manager, Operations, and Project Management to support current and upcoming work. Travel within the region is expected and experience with fleet tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with fleet, equipment, or asset management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Track owned and rented equipment by job site and maintain accurate fleet records.
• Assist the Regional Fleet Manager with equipment allocation and coordination for projects.
• Coordinate routine equipment maintenance and repair with mechanics, vendors, and field personnel.
