Job summary

ResiPro in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Residential Project Manager to lead field-based renovations from inspection to completion. You will be the face of ResiPro in the field, ensuring every home is scoped accurately and each rehab is delivered to our high quality standards.

You will manage scopes of work, coordinate crews, ensure compliance with codes, and deliver high-quality homes on schedule. This full-time role requires 2–6 years of experience and strong communication, with on-site travel across

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
• Strong 'Multi-Trade' knowledge: understand how changes affect other trades.
• Solid understanding of local building codes and typical inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractors and the ResiPro team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Georgia market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial property evaluations in metro Atlanta to build comprehensive scopes of work in real-time.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company professionally.
• Identify and document all repair needs, including visible defects and secondary work.
• Flag high-cost, high-liability, and deal-killer items to meet acquisition criteria.
• Ensure structural, mechanical, and safety concerns are captured to prevent overruns.
• Direct and oversee residential renovations, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to execute scope items per standards.
• Perform site visits to verify progress and quality.
• Ensure work complies with local codes and permits are monitored throughout construction.
• Perform a final walk-through to confirm quality and readiness for resale or inspection.
