ResiPro is seeking a high-energy, field-centric Project Manager to drive residential renovations in the Charlotte/Greater Charlotte area. You will blend front-end inspections with on-site execution, owning scopes, scheduling, and vendor coordination to meet strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of in-market residential construction management or home inspections, strong communication, and familiarity with NC building practices.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume rehabs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property evaluations in the Charlotte market to build real-time scopes of work using tech.
• Schedule and manage inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work meets ResiPro standards.
• Verify that structural, mechanical, and safety concerns are captured to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Perform final walk-throughs to ensure quality and move-in readiness.
