Job summary

ResiPro in Raleigh seeks a high-energy Project Manager to lead residential renovations in the Raleigh/Research Triangle area. You will perform front-end inspections, scope work, and drive field execution to meet strict quality standards.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and verify codes, permits, and safety. Regular site visits and clear communication with the team help deliver move-in ready homes for resale.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume rehabs.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects with field-based teams.
• Excellent communication and organization skills for local subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Tech-enabled inspections and scoping in the Raleigh / Research Triangle area.
• Direct and oversee renovations with schedule and budget control.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Perform final walkthroughs and ensure move-in readiness and market presentation.
