Job summary

ResiPro is seeking a high-energy, field-focused Project Manager to drive residential renovations in the Charlotte/Greater Charlotte market. You will inspect homes, scope work in real-time, and lead what gets built with strict quality standards.

You will manage subcontractors, keep projects on schedule and within budget, and ensure all safety and building-code requirements are met across the NC region. This is a hands-on, field-first role requiring strong communication and problem-solving in a

Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume rehabs.
Strong multi-trade knowledge and ability to coordinate across teams.
Solid understanding of building codes and inspection requirements in North Carolina.
Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractors and the ResiPro team.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for daily travel across the Greater Charlotte area.

Responsibilities

Conduct tech-enabled inspections and scopes of work in real-time.
Coordinate and schedule inspections with professionalism and transparency.
Identify repair needs and scope items, including high-cost or deal-killers.
Direct and oversee renovations, manage subcontractors and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Perform site visits to verify progress, quality, and safe workmanship.
