Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume rehabs.
• Solid understanding of North Carolina building codes and common inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and working with the ResiPro team.

Responsibilities

• Tech-enabled inspections and scoping to build comprehensive scopes of work.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections and manage subcontractors to execute the scope.
• Perform site visits to verify progress, quality, and adherence to specs.
• Direct and oversee residential renovations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Quality assurance and final closeout, including walk-throughs and move-in readiness.
