Job summary

The Habit Restaurants, LLC is seeking a finance professional to support restaurant teams, improve unit sales and margins, and collaborate with operations to identify outliers and insights. This role sits in the finance team and interfaces with senior business partners to drive results.

Responsibilities include developing P&L expertise, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to interpret data for executives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication/presentation skills, with ability to partner with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Support field management to optimize customer experience while delivering profits.
• Communicate with senior partners, report on financial results and identify trends and causes.
• Provide coaching and financial knowledge to above-store leaders in the region of responsibility.
• Develop P&L expertise, evaluate results, identify opportunities, and support forecasts.
