Job summary

Help at Home, LLC seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive data-driven decisions and support continuous process improvements across markets. You will analyze budgets, projects, and programs, delivering high-level insights to leadership and shaping strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships, delivering measurable financial results, and supporting organic growth through disciplined financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Eight to ten years in a similar senior financial role.
• CPA and/or MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience delivering projects with measurable financial results and growth focus.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes metrics for budget, projects and programs.
• Synthesizes financial data into high-level, results-oriented analyses.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate new business development.
• Prepare business cases to improve customer retention strategies.
• Build relationships with Corporate Departments, Retail Regional Presidents, and Executives.
• Evaluate and quantify new and historical business data.
• Execute controllership and reporting for selected segments.
• Design turnover reporting and cost calculation methodologies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to drive productivity.
