Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Field Finance Coordinator to join the U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. The role involves handling daily card and petty cash transactions, vendor setup, and timely invoice processing to support rebuild efforts.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree with 1–2 years of related experience, a solid grasp of budgeting and coding, and strong basic math skills to support accurate expense tracking in a faith-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1–2 years' related experience or equivalent.
• General knowledge of basic accounting concepts including budgeting and proper coding.
• General knowledge of mathematical concepts including discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily purchasing card and petty cash transactions; submit monthly import sheets.
• Review P-Card usage reports and reconcile receipts.
• Collect vendor requests and W-9s for new vendor setup.
• Coordinate with vendors and initiate invoice payments per policy; process invoices within guidelines.
• Ensure invoices and P-Card purchases are coded for expense tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Field Finance Coordinator to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of Field Finance Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Enter daily purchasing card and petty cash account transactions on the related Serenic import sheets. Submits import sheets monthly for the assigned U.S. Rebuild site.
• Reviews purchasing card (P-Card) usage reports and provides day-to-day receipt reconciliation of the P-Card program for the assigned U.S. Rebuild site.
• Collects and submits the vendor request forms and W-9 for new vendor setup.
• Coordinates with vendors, initiates invoice payment processes per departmental policies, and promptly completes invoice processing within Ministry guidelines.
• Ensures that invoices and P-Card purchases are accurately coded for expense tracking.
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate's degree and one (1) to two (2) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including budgeting and proper coding, given a chart of accounts.
• General knowledge of mathematical concepts, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
