Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Wadsworth region, driving face-to-face engagements and in-home consultations to demonstrate fiber internet, voice and TV services. You’ll own your territory, build relationships with homeowners, and relentlessly pursue new customers to grow our community footprint.

This mobile, field-based role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and multiple bonuses, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance per state requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor suitable for door-to-door engagement.
• Familiarity with using mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).
• Use of personal vehicle required with IRS mileage reimbursement rules.
