Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking a field-based Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet sales in local neighborhoods. You will meet customers face-to-face, present internet and related services, and work toward aggressive commission-based earnings.

Base salary is $35,000 with unlimited commission potential; typical earnings range is $70,000–$125,000 annually. Training is provided, with mileage allowances and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Availability 10 AM-7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Represent GoNetspeed in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize commission earnings.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
