Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to build fiber internet enrollments in local neighborhoods. You will meet customers face to face, sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV, and target 50+ doors daily in assigned towns.

We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission, with typical earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000+ per year. Training is provided and PTO/benefits are included where available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach.
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan.
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission.
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
