Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to promote fiber internet in local neighborhoods. You will operate in a field-based role with limited office reporting, meeting customers face-to-face and selling fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV.

Base salary is $35,000 with uncapped commission; typical annual earnings range from $70,000 to $125,000. No prior experience required as training is provided, with paid training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed
