Job summary

Zirrus in North Carolina is seeking a Residential Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and exceeding goals. You will connect with prospects to understand their needs and recommend fiber internet, home security, and wireless cell plans, delivering solutions in person and over the phone.

Develop and execute sales strategies, network at community events, maintain a full sales funnel, and cross-sell to existing customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a service industry, managing a quota.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Adaptable, coachable, and passionate about helping customers.
• Must be able to pass NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (background check, fingerprinting).
• Valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided!
