Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC in Bend, OR is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to drive day-to-day activities on fiber, utility, or infrastructure projects from planning through closeout, under guidance of senior leadership.

You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting, monitor progress, manage budget and documentation, and report to stakeholders while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues related to timelines, materials, or resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Track expenses, change orders, and project documentation.
• Communicate with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and logs.
• Support site visits and quality control checks.
• Assist with forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination.
