State of Ohio, Transportation - District 11, is seeking a facilities maintenance professional in New Philadelphia, OH to perform advanced preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs and installations across the district.

This permanent, full-time role offers 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday hours. Overtime eligibility applies; a background check will be conducted; union affiliation OCSEA is noted. CDL may be required for state vehicle operation.

Qualifikationen

• Post‑secondary training in facilities maintenance technology or related program.
• 3 years of experience in construction/building maintenance including carpentry, electrical, plumbing & HVAC.
• CDL may be required to operate state vehicles; valid license required.

• Travel across district to perform advanced preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs & installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment such as garage doors and HVAC units.
