The role includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and related facility tasks; a company vehicle is provided for travel between sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of commercial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to travel between sites, and a customer-focused, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required

• Electrical and HVAC knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspects building and determines repairs.
• Oversees grounds keeping.
• Maintains, disposes of, or relocates office equipment and furniture.
• Maintains safety and records; supports preventive maintenance.
