Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Facilities Representative to support our Orange County market, performing general building maintenance and repairs across multiple dealership locations. The role involves hands-on work in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and carpentry to keep facilities safe and functional.

Travel between dealerships using a company vehicle is required; schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other general facility maintenance tasks.
• Ability to travel between dealership locations throughout the Orange County Market.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs across multiple Penske Automotive Group dealerships in the Orange County Market.
• Tackle tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry and other facility maintenance as needed.
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with departments and respond promptly to facility maintenance needs.

The Facilities Representative is responsible for providing general building maintenance and supporting the repair and replacement of dealership equipment to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and operating at their best.

This is a hands-on facilities maintenance position supporting multiple Penske Automotive Group dealerships throughout the Orange County Market. Responsibilities include a variety of general commercial building maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other facility-related needs. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between dealership locations.

Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 5:00 AM -- 1:30 PM

Pay: $20--$25 per hour

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience

High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience. Strong ability for on the job training. General Construction background desired.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive dealership facility experience.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)

Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification
