Job summary

New Mexico Piñon Coffee is seeking a skilled Facilities & Equipment Technician to maintain and repair equipment and facilities across our cafés, production warehouse, and fulfillment center. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with mechanical and electrical experience, able to work independently and respond calmly to urgent situations.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering and requires travel to other company locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability with mechanical and electrical repair.
• Experience maintaining and repairing facilities equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial equipment across cafés, production warehouse, and fulfillment center.
• Perform routine facility maintenance including lighting, painting, landscaping, and basic repairs.
• Document preventive maintenance and repairs; assist with maintenance planning at all locations.
