Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative in Utah to drive growth through door-to-door and in-home consultations. This field-based, full-time role offers uncapped commissions, training pay, and a path to top earners with experience and tenure.

You’ll build pipeline, close deals, and expand our Wasatch Front footprint. Expect earnings start with training pay and bonuses, then uncapped commissions that increase with tenure.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, roofing).
• Track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners.
• Explain product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.
