On Top Roofing in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and deliver professional estimates. You will own the sales process from lead to installation with support from a customer-focused team.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales background (preferably door-to-door or B2B), exceptional communication skills, and readiness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of Outside Sales experience, preferably door-to-door or roofing-related.
• 2-5 years of Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and generate your own leads through multiple channels.
• Inspect roofs and take measurements when needed.
• Own the sales process from lead to installation with team support.
• Enter accurate documentation in our CRM for all jobs sold.
• Provide clean paperwork to Operations to schedule jobs quickly.
• Adhere to all sales policies and guidelines professionally.
• Use a tablet, CRM, estimating tools, and email; training provided.
