Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales preferred.
• Ability to identify leads and close deals with homeowners.
• Comfort working outdoors and engaging targets directly.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects both in-office and door-to-door.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM.
