Job summary

Terracon is seeking a supervisor to lead local Exploration Teams, coordinating field and office activities with periodic travel. You will plan exploration work, manage equipment maintenance, and collaborate with Project Managers to keep schedules on track.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred Bachelor’s in Engineering or Geology with CDL/OSHA/MSHA certifications. CDL may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology is preferred.
• CDL, OSHA and MSHA certifications are beneficial for field operations.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years related to exploration services and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of local Exploration Teams, onsite or in office, with periodic travel.
• Plan exploration work, arrange equipment maintenance, and coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule.
• Assist in scoping, budgeting, and cost estimates for exploration work.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure licenses (CDL, OSHA, MSHA) are current and compliant.
• Maintain safety culture by leading routine safety meetings and reporting near-misses.
