Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires knowledge of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate tools and equipment safely. The Pest Control Technician will work independently while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Duties

• Conduct inspections to identify pest issues and infestation levels.
• Develop and implement pest control strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
• Apply pesticides and treatments following safety regulations.
• Use power tools and hand tools for pest control tasks.
• Keep accurate records of services and treatments.
• Provide customer service and educate clients on pest prevention.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in pest control is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
• Familiarity with farm machinery, tools, and landscape maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively promote services.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 21+ with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
