Qualifications

• Experience collecting, organizing, and distributing data.
• Proven collaboration in a work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
• Ability to identify challenges and take proactive steps.
• Experience learning new computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of the School of Education with field placements for students.
• Maintain correspondence with school and district administrators.
• Organize and implement supervisor, candidate, and mentor teacher training.
• Use multiple software applications to collect, organize, and disseminate information.
• Provide data to staff and faculty.
• Maintain positive relationships with school districts, host teachers, and university supervisors.
• Develop and maintain communication methods for Field Experiences (web, email, and meetings).
• Identify and help resolve office challenges.
• Assist with Substitute Training programs.
• Assist with Triad meetings.
