Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a Field Experience Counselor to coordinate clinical or practicum activities and serve as a liaison between faculty and students.

The role includes managing immunization records, ensuring deadlines, guiding practicum placement, handling high call volumes, and supporting a high‑performing team; remote work is available for residents in AZ, ID, or UT. Starting salary is $38,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred in marketing, education or business administration) OR 2 years’ related experience with a least 60 college credits completed.
• 6 months related professional experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, healthcare clients, students, and the general public.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University

This position acts as a liaison to faculty members and students by performing the below duties. This position offers remote work opportunities for residents in AZ, ID, or UT.

New hire training will encompass two full weeks of training. One week will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus, and the following week will be held virtually via Zoom.

Starting salary is $38,000 per year.

The role might be right for you if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred in marketing, education or business administration) OR 2 years’ related experience with a least 60 college credits completed.

• A combination of education and relevant work experience may be substituted.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, healthcare clients, students, and the general public.
