Job summary

This role partners with store leadership, manages budgets, third-party labor, and ensures tollgates and processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Experience with accounting and finance principles and reporting.
• Experience with large retailers like The Home Depot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual project budgeting and cost tracking.
• Support project processes across inventory, purchasing, logistics, and systems.
• Develop financial and operational analysis for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for merchandising initiatives.
