Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Field Support Manager of Execution to oversee virtual management of selected capital and rack repair projects across the Pacific South/Central region, with a preference for candidates in LA or San Diego.

You will coordinate third‑party labor, review budgets, ensure proper capitalization, and act as a liaison with store leadership to ensure tollgates and processes are followed, while delivering strong financial and operational analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Experience with field execution tools or store audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 30% Financial Planning - participate in annual project budgets, cost/benefit analyses, setup, inventories, change controls, SAP journal entries; ensure capitalization and expense treatments.
• 25% Project Process Support - define business requirements for project management tools, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and execution.
• 25% Strategic Analysis - develop financial and operational reporting, conduct root cause and project analyses for leadership, drive key metrics.
• 20% Collaboration and Relationship Management - coordinate cross-functionally to execute THD merchandising initiatives.
