Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Field Support Manager of Execution to oversee virtual management of select capital and rack repair projects across the Southwest/Gulf region, with preference for Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin areas due to business volume. You will partner with store leadership to drive project lifecycle from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include budgeting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring tollgates, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of work experience in field operations or program management.
• Experience with capital projects, store merchandising or large retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data and present clear insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
