Qualifications

• Eleven years of specialized work experience with focus on safety and soundness.
• Two years of experience at a managerial level.
• Experience with federal or state regulatory agencies overseeing financial institutions.
• Familiarity with CAMELS ratings and supervisory frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a train-the-trainer model for examiner supervisors.
• Observe and assess examiner knowledge in applying risk assessment methodologies.
• Guide analysis of risk components in earnings, capital, liquidity, and loan review.
• Reinforce classroom training principles during examinations with real-time coaching.
• Draft preliminary examination comments and review ROEs for clarity.
• Identify trends in examiner understanding and translate into follow-up learning.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance onboarding and mentoring.
• Travel up to 30% including overnight as needed.
