Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimator to be the face of our company out in the field. This is a hands-on, in-person role - not a closing job, and you will visit commercial properties to assess cleaning needs. You’ll set your own schedule (20-25 hours/week, 8am–5pm window) and earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour.
The role emphasizes accurate estimates, independent work, and on-the-job training. Nice to have: prior door-to-door or field sales experience, and familiarity with Texas sites.

Paid hourly for time worked. The estimate target is the performance standard for the role - there's no sales quota and no commission tied to closing.
You set your own schedule - build it around classes or other commitments, then keep roughly the same hours each week, 20-25 hours/week. The only constraint: your working hours must start no earlier than 8 am and end no later than 5 pm.

Based on 20-25 hours/week at $18-22/hr, this works out to roughly $18,720-$28,600/year, depending on the hours and rate you land at.
