Fish Window Cleaning of Charlotte Metro West is seeking an energetic sales-focused professional to build both commercial and residential client bases. You will provide on-site estimates, price jobs, and develop new business through direct outreach and referrals.

The role offers flexible hours, on-the-job training, and commission-based bonuses, with a focus on ethical, customer-centered service in Lincolnton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop a commercial customer base via direct cold call sales efforts.
• Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning/maintenance firms.
• Grow residential customers via referrals and subcontracting.
• Provide accurate on-site estimates with measured pane counts and pricing.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Follow up on written estimates and key contacts to close deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
• Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies.
• Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
• Acquire new residential customers through subcontracting from maid services.
• Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Provide accurate, on-site written estimates for window cleaning services, measuring and pricing jobs to company standards.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls on written estimates given on-site.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual estimating and sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow through on contacts made.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone.
• Ability to calculate and prepare accurate job estimates on-site, including pane counts and pricing.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
