Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Field ESH Coordinator IV for onsite work at Fermilab in Lead, SD. You will coordinate the ESH program for the FDC subprojects, work with project teams, and support daily inspections and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ESH and/or QA discipline or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in ESH coordination or related roles.
• Experience with incident tracking databases and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Fermilab ESH program for FDC at SURF.
• Monitor ESH policies to assure compliance with DOE, Fermilab, SURF, and local regulations.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections emphasizing hazard recognition and corrective actions.
• Assist in development of construction and detector installation work planning and JHA processes.
• Support ESH program audits, incident investigations, and trend analyses.
• Prepare reports for the Deputy ESH Manager and interact with Fermilab, SURF, DOE and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on ESH matters to the Deputy ESH Manager and Installation Managers.
• Participate in weekly ESH Stakeholders meetings and shift planning.
