Job summary

Fermilab is seeking an ESH Coordinator to join the LBNF/DUNE Project team for a 3 year term in Batavia, IL. The role will oversee the Fermilab ESH program at the Near Site and coordinate closely with subcontractors and site teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in ESH with 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of work in safety, health and environmental disciplines. Onsite work is required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ESH or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience or HS diploma with 20 years and technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, monitor and document ESH policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead ESH programs for the division/center and act as the expert.
• Coordinate with NSCF PMs, construction coordinators and subcontractors on ESH implementation.
