Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Training Coordinator/Facilitator for a construction project in Thacker Pass, NV. The role requires planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across employees, supervisors, and subcontractors.

The candidate should have extensive ES&H training experience in remote project locations, and hold OSHA 500/502 certifications as well as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ES&H training in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, client and project training requirements.
• Ability to work in field and remote project environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate ES&H training programs.
• Develop training plans, matrices, and competency requirements.
• Lead ES&H training personnel and provide coaching and development.
• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire and supervisor orientations, refresher and regulatory training.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze training data and report on workforce competency and training performance.
