ODRA is seeking an experienced Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role emphasizes hands-on equipment demonstrations, developing training materials, and supporting product launches.

The role requires 5+ years in equipment or technical training, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel across the United States and Canada 60–70% of the time. Atlanta or Dallas areas are preferred bases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment or technical training.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual training.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across North America.

Responsabilités

• Support new equipment deliveries and customer onboarding activities.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training programs for customers, dealers, operators, mechanics, and internal teams.
• Conduct equipment walkarounds, demonstrations, and hands-on operator training.
• Train customers on safe operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure training content stays current.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the United States to provide training and product support.
• Assist with trade shows, dealer meetings, customer events, and product demonstrations.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and advocate for customer success.
