Job summary

Minitube is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across the United States and Canada, with support at the Verona office. You will deliver operator training, create service documentation, and ensure ISO quality standards are met.

The role requires at least an associate degree or technical certification and a minimum of two years’ electromechanical service experience. Travel up to 50% and potential international assignments are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical certification in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, installing, or repairing electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prepare accurate service reports.
• Willingness to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for Minitube equipment at customer sites and Minitube USA facilities.
• Install, configure, test, and commission new equipment while ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Deliver operator training and technical guidance to customers during equipment installation and service activities.
• Collaborate with team members and support departmental and organizational goals.
