Job summary

Minitube International is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Minitube equipment across the United States and Canada, with support for Verona-based operations. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, training customers, and ensuring quality service documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years servicing, troubleshooting, installing, or repairing electromechanical equipment or industrial machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to prepare service reports and documentation.
• Ability to travel within the United States and Canada and obtain a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for equipment at customer sites and USA facilities.
• Install, configure, test, and commission new equipment meeting customer requirements.
• Deliver operator training and technical guidance during installations and service activities.
• Collaborate with team members and support department and organizational goals.
