Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is seeking aMaintenance Technician to support the Rental Division across multiple Ohio locations, including Cincinnati.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include pre-delivery inspections on new fleet, parts planning, and timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug test.
• Capable of safely working with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Proactive, self-starter with high energy and productivity.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all safety policies and maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Performs preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Conducts pre-delivery inspections on new fleet.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical, hydraulic, engine and mechanical systems.
• Communicates needs for parts and tools to the Foreman/Manager.
• Completes daily work orders with detailed notes.
• Attends formal trainings.
• Supports the Rental Division as needed.
