Job summary
Cisco Equipment Rentals LLC is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site service and maintenance for our fleet of heavy equipment. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery at customer job sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate has a solid mechanical background, hands-on experience with major brands, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and the service team; willing to travel within the territory and work extended hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance or repair is expected.
- Experience with brands such as Linkbelt, JCB, Hyundai, Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere or similar.
Responsibilities
- Equip maint and repairs on a range of heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, backhoes).
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Respond to service requests at customer sites and communicate diagnoses and schedules clearly.
