Job summary

Vixxo Corporation is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Salinas, CA and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and work independently to keep coffee and water systems running while meeting SLA requirements. Local travel and lifting up to 50 lbs are required. Coffee-focused roles welcome.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing or customer-service experience.
• Must like coffee: tasting is the final step in repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements including inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork.
