Job summary

DEX Imaging is looking for a dependable Driver / Setup Associate to support daily deliveries, warehouse operations, and basic equipment connectivity for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working hands‑on, and interacting with customers in a fast‑paced environment.

This position includes local and regional day trips between branch and warehouse locations, with occasional overnight travel possible.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning basic equipment connectivity processes.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Basic computer and mobile device familiarity preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport office equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks accurately and safely for customer deliveries and equipment transfers.
• Drive company vehicles to customer, vendor, and branch locations while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Deliver, unload, and help position office equipment and related materials at customer locations.
• Assist with basic printer setup, connectivity, and light network support tasks.
• Help connect office equipment to customer networks and verify proper functionality.
• Communicate technical or connectivity concerns to the appropriate service or technical support teams.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, installations, and customer interactions.
• Support warehouse operations including inventory movement, stocking, organization, and material handling.
• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying quantities and product condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle appearance.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and warehouse organization as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles, workspaces, and storage areas.
• Support other operational and branch needs as assigned.
