Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of multiple Burger King restaurants. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance needs across assigned locations, reporting to the District Manager.

Ideal candidates bring electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general mechanical knowledge, with HVAC repair certification a plus. A valid license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate with management and coworkers clearly.
• Capacity to multitask, adapt to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
