Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency and customer service background.
• Basic mechanical background and working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner; basic installation as needed.
• Maintains tools and inventory; performs on-site installation and repair tasks under supervision.
• Completes on-site work orders with customer review and submits paperwork timely.
• Produces timely and detailed service reports and follows safety procedures.
• Attends training including manufacturer and Henry Schein programs.
