Job summary

Clark-Reliance is seeking an Equipment Repair Technician to prepare, test, troubleshoot and package rental units. You will perform cleaning, testing, deburring, painting, and assist in material handling or assembly, with on-site support for sales and field service.

Classic duties include accurately tracking materials, visually inspecting returns, hydro testing, performing preventive maintenance, and using power and hand tools under ISO quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• One-year mechanical experience with pumps, motors and valves preferred.
• One-year experience in Oil/Fuel/Fluid Power industries preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and usage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ability to use a wide variety of power and hand tools.
• Able and willing to drive company van/truck to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of materials and inventory.
• Visually inspect product to ensure no damage after return.
• Use power washer for cleaning units after return.
• Assemble and hydro test products in qualified area.
• Inspect, test and evaluate parts and perform quality analysis.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment in order.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment using tools.
• Track inventory to prepare documentation on a computer.
• Handle material movements including crating, packing, shipping/receiving.
• Utilize lifting devices and equipment as needed.
